Chocolate Dates with Black Garlic
You will need:
200 g dates (with stones)
about 30 Must Umami black garlic cloves
100 g white chocolate
100 g dark chocolate
chopped nuts, coconut flakes, etc. to your liking

Preparation:
Halve the dates. Remove the stone and replace the stone with black garlic clove (halve the clove if necessary). When all dates are filled, melt the chocolates. To do this, take a smaller pot and add water in the bottom of the pot. Place a metal bowl on top of the pot, so the bottom of the bowl covers the pot nicely. Put the pot with water on the stove, with the metal bowl covering the pot, add chopped chocolates in the metal bowl. When the water starts to boil, turn off the stove and let the chocolate melt, stirring constantly. Roll the dates in the chocolate with two forks and lift onto baking paper. Sprinkle with nuts and/or coconut flakes if desired. Let stand until the chocolate has hardened.
