Creamy Pasta with Black Garlic
For two, you will need:
4-6 Must Umami black garlic cloves
200 g pasta, e.g. linguine
400 ml food cream or whipped cream
2 white garlic cloves
1 medium onion
100 g of cherry tomatoes
salt, pepper
for serving with parmesan, grated oil
Preparation:
Boil the pasta and leave it to drain. Chop the onion and cloves of white and black garlic. Heat a little oil in a pan and brown the onion and regular garlic for a few minutes. Add black garlic and food cream, bring to a boil and cook for another minute. Season with salt and pepper. Add the chopped cherry tomatoes and the pre-cooked pasta, stir and cook for a few minutes until the sauce is fairly creamy and the tomatoes are lightly cooked. Serve with grated parmesan and fresh parsley.
