Black Garlic Vinaigrette (on warm salad)
Vinaigrette:
Ingredients:
125 ml of olive oil
40 ml of balsamic vinegar
0.5 teaspoons of salt
0.5 tsp pepper
2 tsp honey
5 BlackGarlic cloves
Preparation:
Put all the components in a jar and using a blender turn it into a thick sauce. Use it as salad dressing or as BBQ sauce for meat and vegetables.
