Cottage cheese pizza with Black Garlic
Base:
440 g (1 pack) cottage cheese
3 eggs
50 g whole wheat flour
40 g chickpea flour
1 teaspoon herb salt
Stuffing:
390 g tomato paste
70 g farm smoked ham
1 shallot
6 cherry tomatoes
15 g black garlic
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
150 g grated cheese
Strain cottage cheese from excess liquid. Beat the eggs and add to the cottage cheese together with the flour. Season with herb salt. Spread the cottage cheese mixture thinly on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and bake at 180C for 15 minutes. Spread tomato paste on the cooked base, add spices. Slice the onion, cherry tomatoes and try to cut extra thin slices of the farm smoked ham. Place the onion, cherry tomatoes, ham, chopped black garlic onto the baking sheet and put to oven for 10 minutes. At the end of cooking time, add grated cheese and bake in the oven at 200 C for another 10 minutes. Serve pizza with fresh salad.
