Smoothie with Black Garlic
For a glass, you will need:
half a banana
0.5 tsp Must Umami black garlic powder or 3-4 black garlic cloves or 0.5 tsp black garlic paste
1-2 tsp cocoa
200 ml of oat milk
a large handful of frozen blueberries or cherries
if desired, a few leaves of fresh mint

Preparation:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and whisk into a smoothie.
