Stuffed Champignon with Black Garlic Cloves, Paprika and Parmesan Cheese
You will need:
250 g champignons
up to 10 Must Umami black garlic cloves
½ bell pepper
40 g of parmesan cheese
salt
pepper
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Remove the legs from the mushrooms. Season the mushrooms with salt and pepper.
Cut the bell pepper into small cubes and, if necessary, halve the cloves of black garlic.
Put black garlic and chopped peppers in the mushrooms. Cover the mushrooms with plenty of Parmesan cheese.
Bake the mushrooms in a 180 degree oven for 17 minutes.
