Warm Potato-Pesto Salad with Black Garlic Sauce
For 4 people, you will need:
500 g small potatoes or early potatoes
1 packet of frillice salad
100 g tomatoes
4 tbs basil pesto
up to 10 Must Umami black garlic cloves
200 g sour cream
0.5 tsp mustard
0.5 tsp black garlic powder
For a salad, boil potatoes for 15 minutes and eggs for 7 minutes.
At the same time, cut the radish, tomato, frillice salad into smaller pieces and add the basil pesto and chopped black garlic cloves.
Season the salad with salt and pepper and mix gently.
For the sauce, mix the sour cream with the black garlic powder, mustard, salt and pepper.
Cut the potatoes to a suitable size and add them to the rest of the salad. Stir gently.
Serve the salad with boiled egg, avocado and sour cream sauce.
