Hummus with Black GarlicMadis Mark
Wash the chickpeas thoroughly under running water and soak them in hot water for a few minutes to make them easier to puree.
Puree the chickpeas with lemon juice and oil to a smooth mass. (You can add a little water if you want to make it easier to blend).
Add black garlic cloves or paste, grated parmesan, salt and pepper to the mixture. Puree until a smooth creamy mass is obtained.
Serve hummus with vegetables or use as bread spread.
